Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

From London and The East:
- Follow the M4 to Reading and through to exit 19 towards the M32.
- Continue for approximately 3 miles (5 km) and follow the A4032 (Newfoundland Street) towards the City Centre.
- Turn left onto the A4044 (Temple Way).
- Turn right at the A4 (Temple Gate).
- Turn right onto the A370 (York Road).
- At the roundabout, take the 4th exit to the A38 and Redcliffe Hill.

By Train (from Bristol Temple Meads, 800 metres):
Taxis are available by the front exit. If proceeding on foot:
- Walk down the incline towards the main road (Temple Gate).
- Cross the road and head right.
- Stay on this side of the road, bearing left onto Redcliffe Way.
- You will soon pass St. Mary Redcliffe Church on your left.
- Turn left after the church onto Redcliffe Hill.
- The hotel will be across the road, towards the crest of the hill.
