We can offer a superb range of individually designed rooms, all bearing the hallmark of contemporary Swedish form and design, combined with the highest standard of hotel functionality. In the Lobby area you will find a Lobby Bar, breakfast room with an ample and varied buffet breakfast and Birger Jarl’s restaurant. Conference facilities, garage, gym and sauna are situated within the hotel. The hotel is centrally located with close proximity to shopping and restaurants.
Please note we do not accept bookings totalling more than seven rooms.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 7 to 12 years are charged SEK 150.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Once again, the details have been carefully thought out, but the atmosphere remains relaxed and unimposing. Our kitchen offers the finest Swedish produce, and you will be served both classic Swedish dishes in modern form and the best of crossover cuisine. We are also keen to get you off to a good start every day by serving an ample, varied and delicious breakfast buffet.

From Stockholm Central Station to Hotel Birger Jarl
You can walk from Stockholm Central Station to Hotel Birger Jarl in 15-20 minutes, or you can go by taxi or take the tube. There is a taxi rank outside the main entrance of the Central Station, whilst the tube station entrance is on the station’s ground floor. Take the green tube line towards Hässelby, get off at the Rådmansgatan station, take the Tegnérgatan exit and walk approximately 200m down Rådmansgatan before turning left onto Tulegatan, where you’ll find Hotel Birger Jarl on the right hand side. Tube tickets can be bought at the barriers.
