The idea behind L’Antic Espai was to create an old-style, unique place in L’Eixample neighbourhood, where you can find many buildings in Modernisme style.
It was the richness of this art style that inspired the creation of a space in which the atmosphere from a bygone age surrounds the guests. Passeig de Gràcia, Ramblas and Plaça Catalunya are only a few minute walk away.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Located on the Gran Vía de les Cortes Catalanes, the hotel is also very close to Plaça Catalunya, in the Eixample neighbourhood. In this area you can also see some of Gaudí’s finest buildings such as Casa Batlló and La Pedrera (Casa Milà), both on Passeig de Gràcia.
