The building enjoys a priviliged position, right next to one of Barcelona’s most celebrated churches - Santa Maria del Mar and just round the corner from the faboulous Passeig del Born, filled with fashionable eateries, tapas bars and cafe terraces.

The Downtown apartments are located in 18th and 19th century buildings which have been completely renovated in 2004. Comfort, quality, functionality and design are our goals in defining our service.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
