Despite such a secluded location, the lodge provides airport transfers. With such stunning scenery surrounding them, guests can truly experience this wonderful landscape.
The main lodge offers the perfect environment for sundowners on the deck next to the infinity pool. In the evening, experience fine dining, enjoy a nightcap in the private wine cellar and then relax in your sumptuous accommodation. The available activities include game viewing and bushwalks with trained field guides.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 12 years are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

By Air:
You can fly directly from Johannesburg international or Lanseria airport to the reserve landing strip.
Guests will be collected from there which is 1 ½ hours from the lodge.
By Car:
From Johannesburg/Pretoria:
- Take the N1 North towards Pietersburg, Polokwane.
- At the Kranskop toll gate, turn left towards Modimolle, Nylstroom.
- Pass through Modimolle and head towards Vaalwater.
- Pass directly through Vaalwater.
- Head straight for Welgevonden Private Game Reserve.
- At the East Gate sign, turn left and follow the gravel road for 10 km.
