Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 10 years are welcome.
One child or adult is charged ZAR 250.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Our internationally famous English style cooked breakfast or extensive continental breakfast is personally prepared by Diana to order each morning. We serve fresh home-baked scones, muffins and croissants to complement the selection of some 38 homemade preserves and jams, fruit juices and plenty of fresh fruit.

Situated on the N2, approximately 240 km from both Cape Town and George, Swellendam is the perfect choice for a halfway stopover or as a base from which to explore the area. - When you reach the Swellendam East turnoff, turn left.
- Then take the 2nd street on the left.

Travelling from Knysna or Mossel Bay on the N2:
- When you reach the Swellendam East turnoff, turn right.
- Then follow the instructions above.
