Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 12 years are charged ZAR 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas and costs ZAR 20.00 per hour.

By car:
- Coming from Plettenberg Bay, follow the N2 in the direction of Knysna.
- Pass the Knysna Elephant Park on your right and the Wolf Sanctuary
on your left.
- You will see the Masescha sign on your right-hand side after about
500 metres.
- Follow the road until you reach white pillars, you have reached the
middle entrance.
- Coming from Knysna, follow the N2 in the direction of Plettenberg Bay.
- Pass the Garden of Eden on your left-hand side and the Sasol petrol
station on your right-hand side.
- At the end of the tunnels, you will see the Masescha sign on your
left-hand side.
- Follow the road until you reach white pillars, you have reached the
middle entrance.
