Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The Boston BBQ offers a selection of 140 dishes. It is open for dinners every day and lunches on Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays and race days. Bookings are essential. Cafe Cavallo is an Italian themed restaurant overlooking the casino floor. The elegant Silks restaurant and grill offers exciting dishes as well as authentic Indian cuisine and a superb wine list. It is closed on Mondays, but opens for dinners from Tuesday to Sunday and lunches from Tuesday to Friday and on Sunday’s. The Boston Derby Express and Dairy Way is a fast food court open daily from 10:00 until 00:00. There is also Richard Tattersall’s bar.

By Air:
SA Airlink currently operates 4 flights a day from Johannesburg international direct to Oribi Airport which is approximately 4 km from the hotel. All the other major airlines are operating flights to Durban approximately 85 km away.
By Car:
- The hotel is situated 2 km off the N1 Johannesburg/Durban national motorway.
- Simply take the New England Drive exit.
- Turn right at the top of the off ramp if you are coming from Johannesburg.
- Or turn left if you are coming from Durban.
- This will bring you onto New England Drive and we are just 2 km up the road.
There are regular Luxliner and Greyhound bus services from Johannesburg and Durban.
