Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

From the Johannesburg International Airport:
- Take the N1 to Polokwane.
- Continue onto the R71, passing through Tzaneen and Gravelotte.
Or:
- Take the N12 and N4 up to Belfast.
- Continue to Lydenburg, Hoedspruit and then to Phalaborwa.
The house is approximately 500 km (5 hours) from Johannesburg.
