Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children or adults are charged ZAR 120.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

By Car:
- Entering from Cape Town on the N2 motorway, take the Mossel Bay turn-off-ramp for Marsh Street and the city centre.
- Turn right at the traffic lights. Cross the bridge and keep in the left lane.
- As you pass a white block of flats on the right, The Elangeni, turn left into the first road on your left (Sixth Avenue). There is an Edward Charles sign on your left just before you reach Sixth Avenue.
- Continue with Sixth Avenue, around the first corner, and you will find Edward Charles on your right.
- Entering from Port Elizabeth on the N2 motorway, take the Mossel Bay turn-off-ramp.
- At the T-junction, turn left.
- At the first set of traffic lights, turn right into Mossel Bay.
- Continue straight up the hill, and take the left turn-off-ramp to Marsh Street.
- At the yield sign, turn left into Marsh Street. Now continue in the left lane.
- As you pass a white block of flats on the right, The Elangeni, turn left into the first road on your left (Sixth Avenue). There is an Edward Charles sign on your left just before you reach Sixth Avenue.
- Continue with Sixth Avenue, around the first corner, and you will find Edward Charles on your right.
- Entering from Oudtshoorn (Robertson Pass), you will enter Hartenbos. Continue straight as you will be passing through Hartenbos, Bayview and Voor Bay.
- From this point, follow directions as above, heading up the hill after the right turn into Mossel Bay.
