Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Up to two children from 3 to 6 years are charged ZAR 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Up to two children from 7 to 9 years are charged ZAR 150.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Up to two children from 10 to 12 years are charged ZAR 200.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs ZAR 50.00 per 30 minutes.
Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

By Car
From Cape Town (via Paarl along the N1):
- This is the fastest route from Cape Town if coming from the city, the northern suburbs and via Paarl, the Du Toitskloof Pass by the toll tunnel (fastest), or the scenic drive over the pass.
- On approaching Worcester, take the 2nd turn-off to the right into Worcester, in the direction of Robertson.
- Follow the road over the train bridge and one traffic light, turning left into High Street at the 2nd traffic light.
- Bear right at the next traffic light as it is the turn-off (to the right) for the Robertson/Ashton/Montagu road.
- Follow the road through these towns to Montagu. Once in Montagu, take the 3rd turn-off to the left, which is Church Street, and we are at the top of the road.
