Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.

Located in the lodge, Buhlebethu Restaurant has a view of the Crocodile River. It offers à la carte service with contemporary South African cuisine. Maximum capacity: 80 people. Breakfast packs are available on request for those setting off early in the day.
Crocafellas Restaurant is situated right at the entrance to the Pestana Kruger Lodge and has room for 120 people. The restaurant is located over the water inhabited by 7 crocodiles. It is open till late and offers bistro-style meals. This venue may be booked for private functions.
Eshonalanga Bar is located in the main building. Sip an exotic cocktail while watching the sunset, in the bar or viewing deck while the game come to drink at the Crocodile River.
Room service operates from 07:00 – 22:00. Light sandwiches and salads are available.
‘Boma’ is an outdoor experience not to be missed. The Boma is an African tradition: a typical dinner served around the campfire in an outdoor setting. These meals must be requested in advance and can be ordered for a minimum of 20 people, up to a maximum of 150.

Pestana Kruger Lodge is just 700 metres away from the most important entrance on the south side of the Kruger National Park - Malelane Gate - and is the ideal place for the whole family. It is located on the Nkomazi Tourist, The Wild Frontier, in Mpumalanga. The hotel is set amongst wonderful gardens and has a fantastic view over the Crocodile River where hippos and other wildlife abound. The Crocodile River borders the Kruger National Park.
The Kruger National Park has almost 2,000 km of roads and 6 permanent rivers that cross the savannah within the park. It is home to a vast number of different animals and countless species of all kinds. It is the habitat of countless species, and tourists here will have the ideal opportunity to observe at close quarters the Big 5: the lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhinoceros, not to mention 336 types of tree, 49 species of fish, 114 types of reptiles and 507 species of birds, and innumerable giraffe, monkeys, zebras and antelopes.
9 km from the lodge is the town of Malelane. Pestana Kruger Lodge is an hour’s drive from Swaziland and two hours’ drive from Maputo, making it an ideal location to visit 3 countries in one day. The cosmopolitan city of Nelspruit is a 45 km drive and offers a wide range of shops.
The Lodge is a wonderfully relaxing location where you will scarcely hear the animals but have the opportunity to be surrounded by nature.

There are various ways of reaching the Pestana Kruger Lodge. By road, from Johannesburg or Maputo (see below), or by plane using the Nelspruit International Airport or Johannesburg International Airport.
By Car
From Johannesburg:
- Take the Witbank Road (N12).
- The N12 becomes the N4. Continue to Nelspruit.
- Continue on the N4 through Nelspruit to the town of Malelane.
- Continue through Malelane on the N4 for about 6 km. After the Malelane sign on the left-hand side, head to Kruger National Park on the R570.
- Turn left into the R570 and continue for about 3 km. Pestana Kruger Lodge is located on the left-hand side.
From Maputo:
- Take the N4 to the Ressano Garcia Border. Continue on the N4 pass Hectorspruit.
- About 12 km after Hectorspruit, note the signpost for Kruger National Park/R570.
- Turn left into the R570.
- Take the first left into the R570 loop.
- Cross under a bridge. At the T-junction, turn right.
- About 2 km from the turn off, Pestana Kruger Lodge is located on your left-hand side.
The lodge can provide airport transfers on request.
