This luxurious camp is beautifully situated in the foothills of the Lebombo Mountains, offering majestic views over the African bushveld from each tent’s own personal vantage point.
The sumptuous accommodation consists of five tents, all lavishly equipped with en suite facilities, elegant furnishings, modern conveniences and a cosy fireplace as well as a private game viewing deck with comfortable furniture. They are only tents in name as they feature a homely atmosphere that cannot even be found in metropolitan hotels.
Despite such a remote location within a stunning natural landscape, there are excellent facilities such as a swimming pool, restaurant and bar. The nearby world-famous Kruger National Park offers plenty of opportunity to discover the local wildlife that characterises this literally wonderful environment.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 8 years are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

By Car:
From KMIA, the nearest airport:
- Drive to the N4 through Malelane.
- Remain on the road for approximately 40 km then turn left into Komatipoort.
- Drive through the town towards Crocodile Bridge gate 8 km away.
- Once inside the Kruger National Park, travel for 4 km and cross the Vurhami Bridge.
- Turn right at the first Shishangeni Lodge sign into a gravel road.
- Turn right at the second sign for Shishangeni Lodge, a no entry sign.
- Drive for approximately 10 km.
- This road will take you straight to the lodge. Guests will be transferred from Shishangeni to Shonga Camp.
