On arrival, you will be welcomed with a glass of Champagne and invited to explore this spacious retreat, with its rolling lawns, private garden and 2 bordering Nature Reserves at the heart of the Cape Floral Kingdom.
During your stay, you can take part in a range of activities, including hiking, mountain biking, golfing, paragliding over the stunning False Bay and scuba diving along the coast. Alternatively, you could unwind and rejuvenate with relaxing massages, body wraps and beauty treatments at the nearby wellness centre.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
1 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

One of only 2 South African water-skiing schools, with the most beautiful setting, is in close proximity to the hotel. The guided horse rides through vineyards or along the beaches of Kleinmond are very special ways to explore the area.
Visiting the boutique wineries along the local Green Mountain Wine Route and chatting to some of the eccentric wine-makers while tasting their excellent cool-climate wines, will make you feel the genuine friendly hospitality of the region. In summer you can enjoy great concerts at the outdoor amphitheatre in the unique natural setting of a towering eucalyptus forest.

By Car:
- Take the N2 (Cape Town/George) and exit at the Orchard Farmstall.
- Continue on the R321 into Grabouw.
- Turn left into Old Cape Avenue at the 7/11 and KFC (signs to ESKOM and Molteno Park).
- After approximately 20 metres, turn right into Oak Avenue.
- From here, follow the brown tourism road signs to Villa Exner. It is approximately 5 minutes drive from the Orchard Farmstall.
