The guesthouse operates as a non-profit making organisation and works closely with the Kolping Society. A stay at this intimate and friendly guesthouse means that you are also making your own contribution to this Society and amongst other things are assisting the local community.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 13 years are charged ZAR 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

From airport:
When leaving the airport turn left towards Bellville keeping on the M22. Continue straight until you reach Modderdam Road M10 at which point you will need to turn right still in the direction of Bellville. Continue on Modderdam Road passinig 5 sets of traffic lights, at the 6th set, turn left again direction Bellville.
Go over the bridge and turn left into Voortrekker Road. At the second traffic light, turn right into Durban Road, R310. Continue on this road for approx 9km.
Go around the roundabout towards Philladelphia / Koeberg Road. Take the 2nd street right which is Biccard Street.
The guesthouse is the 2nd gate on the right hand side.
