The antique boardroom table sits 14, but 25 can be accommodated. Available are private meals, butler service and fresh different tea and coffee breaks, making this a great place for private and media launches. Conference packages include pens, notepaper, chilled water, fresh fruits and herbs, bowls of assorted candy and mints, coffee and tea with treats, lectern, flipchart, whiteboard, TV and VCR, overhead projector and more.
If you are planning a wedding, this is one of Durban’s most sophisticated options. The hotel can provide first class cuisine, help with arrangements such as flowers and cake and the Quarters staff will be on hand to ensure that the special day is a success. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

reach the M17/Argyle Road turn-off.
- Turn left onto Argyle Road and cross 5 sets of traffic lights.
- Once you reach the 6th set of traffic lights, turn right onto Florida
Road.

- Coming from the CBD, turn left onto Stalwart Simelane Street.
