Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.
Internet: Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs ZAR 30.00 per hour.

Most of the outdoor entertainment centres around the Agfa Amphitheatre, which features daily shows, concerts and performances by everyone from the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra to gigs by jazz and rock bands. Market Square is also nearby, while other attractions include museums and interactive centres and the highly recommended Two Oceans Aquarium. A visit to the museum on Robben Island is also fascinating and enlightening.
Victoria Wharf (1 km) – This world-famous shopping centre has over 400 fashion outlets, boutiques, restaurants & fast food outlets.

By Air:
Airport transfers can be arranged with the hotel's reservations department upon confirmation of your accommodation. Transfers cost ZAR 150 for one person, one way, and ZAR 235 for up to 5 people, one way.
By Car (from Cape Town International Airport):
The hotel is approximately 20 km from Cape Town International Airport and the journey from the airport to the hotel should take around 20 minutes by car.
- Exit the airport – continue on for approximately 3 km.
- Merge onto the N2 motorway towards Cape Town.
- Follow the signs for N2 City/Stad.
- After approximately 8.5 km you will see Industrial Cyclos on the right-hand side.
- After 13.4 km, you will come to the M3 Muizenberg, Rhodes Drive, turn off to the left.
- After 14.1 km, you will see Groote Schuur Hospital on the right. Stay in the middle lane and follow the signs for N2 City, Foreshore, Sea.
- After 17.8 km, you will come to Herzog Boulevard and signs for Paarl, City/Stad, N1; turn off to the left.
- Continue on the M6 to the V & A Waterfront
- After 19.5 km, you will come to the traffic lights at Coen Steytler Avenue. Turn right at the traffic lights.
- Cross the next set of traffic lights, continuing straight on and straight into the main entrance.
- Stay in the right-hand lane.
- At the big roundabout, take the second exit (West Quay Road), heading towards the Cape Grace Hotel.
- Look for the second office block on the left-hand side.
- The reception for the apartments is at Office 4 on the ground floor, Mind Pearl House.
