The suites are situated just off Long Street - the street that never sleeps – and they are within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. The area is famed for its colourful African flavour, music spills out into the streets and the nightlife goes on until the sun comes up.
Each of the brand new 2 and 3-bedroom apartments has a kitchen and is decorated in a modern style with contemporary comforts and facilities.
Linen and towels are provided. Apartments are refreshed daily and linen is changed once a week, free of charge. Additional housekeeping services are available on request and are charged according to guests’ requirements.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Victoria & Alfred Waterfront (2.4 km) - Situated in the heart of Cape Town’s working harbour, the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront is well-established as Cape Town’s premier shopping and tourist destination. Boutiques, restaurants, hotels, outdoor theatre and leisure cruises are just a few of the many attractions on offer.
Table Mountain (3 km) – Platteklip Gorge is the safest, most direct route up Table Mountain. However this mighty chasm, that splits the front of Table Mountain, is best attempted only by the fittest of hikers in the coolest part of the day, as the route includes 1800 steps.
Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens (13 km) - Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden is world-renowned for the beauty and diversity of the Cape flora it displays, and for the magnificence of its setting against the eastern slopes of Table Mountain. Kirstenbosch grows only indigenous South African plants.

By Car (from Cape Town International Airport):
- Follow the N2 motorway towards Cape Town city centre.
- Continue along the N2 for 15 – 20 minutes, heading towards the V&A Waterfront.
- At the first set of traffic lights, at the end of the highway, the road becomes Buitengracht Street (the Cape Town International Convention Centre is on the left-hand side).
- Continue straight on into Buitengracht Street, towards Table Mountain.
- Turn left at the fifth set of traffic lights, into Wale Street.
- Turn right at the third set of traffic lights, into Long Street.
- Take the third right into Buiten Street (by little Lola’s Corner Café and the Maharajah Indian Restaurant).
- FlatRock Suite’s Reception is on Buiten Street, at the corner of Loop & Buiten Street.
