Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Described as a mix between San Francisco and Mykonos, the fashionable De Waterkant area dates back to the late 1700s. If you like the buzz of a small village that is only ten minutes’ walk to the city centre, this is the place to stay.
You can still hear the noon day canon from Signal Hill whilst drinking coffee at Sandy’s Village Café watching the boats on the distant horizon. The area boasts some of the best restaurants, bars and clubs in Cape Town and retains a bohemian character that you’ll find hard to forget.
It is a 15 minute walk to the V&A Waterfront and a 10 minute walk to Green Point and the Stadium. A 10 minute drive can bring you to Table Mountain, and after a 15 minute drive you can reach the beaches.

By Car
From the airport:
- It will take you approximately 30 minutes to drive.
- Take the N2 motorway and follow signs for Cape Town.
- After 18 km, follow the M6 to Waterfront and C.T.I.C.C; this motorway runs between the harbour and city.
- At the first set of traffic lights, go straight across. C.T.I.C.C. (Cape Town International Conference Centre) will be on your left, and V&A Waterfront is signposted to the right; you are now on Buitengracht Street.
- The second and third set of traffic lights go straight across; get into the right hand lane.
- At the fourth set of traffic lights, turn right into Strand Street.
- Continue straight and take the 3rd street on right into Loader Street.
- You are now in De Waterkant Village
- The second turning on the right is our reception at 40 Napier Street.
Parking:
We advise you park in Loader Street and simply walk down to reception.
