After checking in at the reception, guests are transferred to the Bush Lodge by an experienced ranger in an open land rover. The drive is approximately 15 minutes.

Offering only 4 tents with thatched roof and wooden floors, Reed Valley Bush Lodge radiates an intimate ambience. Enjoy a romantic bath overlooking the stunning landscape or sit around the open fire and chat with other guests.
After a day spent on a game drive or canoeing on Bushman’s River, you can soak up the evening sun on the large deck of the main building. If you prefer, you can relax in the plunge pool of your tent.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 12 years are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

- Coming from Port Elizabeth, follow the N2 in the direction of Grahamstown.
- Approximately 50 km past Port Elizabeth is an intersection where you have
to keep left on the N2, direction of Grahamstown.
- Continue another 13 km, direction of Amakhala Game Reserve.
- Road signs indicate the way to various lodges along the way.
