For your convenience, all units are self contained. Christchurch city centre, casino and the Christchurch international airport and railway station are all just 10 minutes away. The area is well served with recreational facilities including Addington and Riccarton Racecourses, Ruapuna Raceway, 20 golf courses, swimming pools and gymnasiums. The Sports and Entertainment Centre, which was recently completed, is only 5 minutes away. The hotel is directly opposite the New Riccarton Public Library and cafe.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
