Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child from 4 to 12 years is charged EUR 21.75 per night in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 43.50 per night in an extra bed.

By car:
Take the A2 Eindhoven - Maastricht
After Airport-Maastricht / Aachen, you take the first exit Meerssen / Valkenburg and follow the signs Valkenburg.
In Valkenburg you take the second traffic light (nearby the bus parking). Take the first street to the right. After the Snooker center Valkenburg you can enter our parking space.
Public transport:
From Maastricht: take busnumber 58/59/60 to station Valkenburg. Walk within 10 minutes to the Walramplein/Snooker center.
