For those guests wishing to stay in Maastricht for a longer period of time, the hotel offers 3 Hotel-apartments. The hotel-apartments have a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bath, 2 twin bedrooms, one of which has bunk-beds. The apartments have their own front door.
The 49 hotel rooms have 2 single beds. The rooms are spacious and have a shower/toilet, free internet connection, telephone, colour television and a refrigerator. The hotel rooms can be reached by a lift of stairs.

Found in the suburbs of Maastricht, opposite the MECC exhibition and congress centre, this hotel offers bed and breakfast to a variety of guests. All public transport connections (bus and train) are found within a few minutes walking from the hotel. The international guest house where students from the Maastricht School of Management (MSM) stay is located in a separate part of the building.
From June 2007, we surprise our guests with a total renovated lobby, lounge and breakfast room. The hotel is 100% non-smoking.
Here you can have a delicious breakfast, have a espresso with cake, or drink a glass of wine with a little snack.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 12.50 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Only a few minutes walk from Station Randwyck, with a frequent connection to the city center.
The hotel is located next to the Maastricht Exhibition & Congress Centre (MECC), in Randwyck, bordering the city centre of Maastricht (easy to reach by car and/or public transport). If you are travelling by car, take the highway to Maastricht (A2/E25). As soon as you enter Maastricht fellow the direction Luik/MECC (district 29). Exit the highway on your right (nr. 55), following the signs for MECC. Follow the road ("Universiteitssingel") and pass the railway station. The Hotel is the second building on the left.
If you travel by train, take the train to "Randwyck Station" from the Central station in Maastricht. The hotel is located near the railway station.
