Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.50 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.12 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 5.95 per hour.

Cadzand-Bad is the most southerly located coastal town in the Netherlands. It is just 3 km away from the Belgian border and roughly 30 km away from Brugge. Cadzand-Bad has a wide beach and an extensive dune area, flowing over into the nature reserve Het Zwin. Here you can enjoy hours of undisturbed walking.

By ferry:
Take the Vlissingen-Breskens ferry via the A58.
The ferry sails every hour at 20 past the hour and 10 to the hour. As of 18:50 daily, and on the weekends, the ferry only sails at 10 to the hour. The last ferry departs at 20:50.
However, from May to September, the ferry does sail every half an hour on weekends.
The ferry takes roughly 20 minutes. Upon arrival in Breskens you can take bus 14, which goes straight into Cadzand-Bad. This is only valid for May through to September.
During all other months it's better to take bus 2b towards Oostburg. In Oostburg you can catch the bus towards Cadzand.
