The new menu of the restaurant "de Barones" offers next to the traditional Valk-dishes also tasteful variations of meat, fish and vegetarian meals. The menu will vary during the year and for the small children can be surprised by our children menu with special Timo Toekan place mat, including toys and small dishes.
The seasonal influence will be reflected on the menu; fresh vegetables, fruit, fish and meat. With our international wine menu, you can always find a tasteful match.
For a cup of coffee with cake of a nice ice-cream on warmer days, you are always welcome.

The nearby situated Liesbos (1 km) is a nice forest to cool down in the summer and to unwind in the winter times. Also close by the hotel, you can find the Mastbosch, the first cultivated forest in the Netherlands. Which is easy accessible for older and disabled people. From direction Rotterdam, Amsterdam or Utrecht, you have to take exit 15 Rijsbergen and turn left twice, to the Princenhagelaan. After 1.4 kilometer you will find the hotel on your right hand and you can enter the parking lot.
From direction Antwerpen or Eindhoven, you have to take from the A16 exit 15 Rijsbergen. Turn right at the end of the exit and go left at the traffic lights, to the Princenhagelaan. After 1.4 kilometer you will find the hotel on your right hand and you can enter the parking lot.
From direction Zeeland, Bergen op Zoom, Roosendaal, follow the direction of Breda. Take the exit 16 Breda West. Stay on the right lane. Turn right at the traffic lights. Turn right at the next traffic lights at IKEA. You will find the hotel on the left after 100 meter. You can enter the parking lot.
