It is our pleasure to offer a comfortable area for all guests from the moment they arrive early or depart late from the hotel.
We love kids and promise you to make this a Mexican fun filled vacation with endless activities for all ages. We have everything. From mini golf and water park for the kids with a Pirate ship and 8 water slides, to disco, and adult only areas.
All guests are supplied with our all inclusive identification the moment they arrive until the moment they leave the resort.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One further child under 12 years is charged USD 50.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: Tax is included.
