Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa is built on an estate of over 1.220.000 m2, right on the sea front and near a superb access to the beach. Located only 20 minutes from Playa del Carmen and 7 minutes from the village of Akumal.
It’s important to point out that the resort was constructed respecting the flora and fauna of the area, with all buildings blending into the surroundings. The design is an example of how the most modern and luxurious facilities can be built in perfect harmony with the natural environment of the area.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged 37.50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.

The Mayan Riviera is the touristic area situated along the Caribbean Sea in the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico. Geographically it extends along the coast with a longitude of 130km, from the town of Puerto Morelos in the north to the town of Punta Allen in the south.
Created in 1998 under a mandate by public authorities (State of Quintana Roo, Canton de Solidaridad) and by the professional organizations of tourism in the area, the Mayan Riviera became, along with Cancun, the most important tourist destination in Mexico and one of the most visited destinations in the world.
Playa del Carmen is the head of the municipality of Solidaridad y boasts more than 23 thousand hotel rooms.
Similar to Cancun, the beaches of the Mayan Riviera are distinguished by having a fine, white sand and a beautiful, turquoise blue sea. How to get to the resort:
By Car: From the Cancún airport take the Chetumal-Puerto Juárez highway in the direction of Tulum, going through the towns of Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and lastly, Puerto Aventuras. From this last town, continue driving for five more minutes and you will find the resort on your left.
By Taxi: From the airport taxi stop, the resort is about 80min/90km away and the trip costs approximately 65 USD. km (50 miles).
