Grand Palladium Riviera Resort & Spa is built on an estate of over 1.220.000 m2, right on the sea front and near a superb access to the beach. Located only 20 minutes from Playa del Carmen and 7 minutes from the village of Akumal. It shares facilities with the Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa, the Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa and the Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged 37.50 % of the room stay per night when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

How to get to the resort:
By Car: From the Cancún airport take the Chetumal-Puerto Juárez highway in the direction of Tulum, going through the towns of Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and lastly, Puerto Aventuras. From this last town, continue driving for five more minutes and you will find the resort on your left.
By Taxi: From the airport taxi stop, the resort is about 80min/90km away and the trip costs approximately 65 USD.
