The sea and the blue sky frame this classical villa which dates back to the end of the 19th century surrounded by palms, secular pine trees and an enormous eucalyptus.
Antique mementoes decorate the lounge and the restaurant, but the main attraction is the staircase which leads to the upper floors; it not only furnishes the hall but represents the building’s historic heritage. The restaurant serves simple and light meals with evidence of the distinctive flavours from traditional Italian cuisine. The attention paid to the guest will be an extra pleasant surprise.
Almost all of the comfortable rooms feature a wonderful view of the park, over the sea and overlook the beautiful villa opposite; it was the former residence of the famous and celebrated inventor Alfred Nobel.

The hotel is situated in Sanremo, close to the main road but in a very quiet position because it is surrounded by a large private garden. In front of the garden you can see Villa Nobel, once the residence of Alfred Nobel and now a museum which hosts different exhibitions all year round. The hotel is easily reachable from the train station and the bus stop. There are many supermarkets and other different shops in the vicinity. Down by the sea a very long promenade leads directly to the city centre.

By Car:
- Take the Autostrada dei Fiori A10 motorway and exit at Sanremo.
- Then follow the signs for San Martino, Corso Cavallotti and Villa Nobel.
By Train:
Sanremo train station is 600 metres from the hotel.
Outside the station, cross the road to the bus stop and head for La Brezza.
