Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged HKD 300.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
10 % service charge per room per night is not included.
3 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs HKD 30.00 per hour.

By Plane (from Chek Lap Kok Airport):
A taxi from the airport to the hotel will take 40 minutes. The hotel shuttle bus can take you to the hotel in 45 minutes.
The airport transfer service is available at a special rate of HKD 80 per person one-way (generally for the first drop-off and last pick-up to and from the airport).
