We are a family-run hotel located close to the historical city-centre. All of the important places in the City (shopping area, museums, opera, theatres, etc.) can be reached comfortably by foot or public transport. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.

Situated in famous quarter of Schwabing, a residential area with many restaurants and shopping possibilities, the hotel is 40 km (25 miles) away from the airport.
Munich city centre (Marienplatz/Glockenspiel), the main train station and the shopping district of Kaerntner strasse is about 500 m (545 yards). Schwabing shopping street Leopoldstrasse is within a stone's throw. Munich fairground is easy to reach within 15 km (9 miles). Theresienwiese (Octoberfest place) is 2 km (1 mile) away.
