Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 26.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Coming from the BAB A9 from the north:
Exit Leipzig west Merseburger land STR, up to the end - turn to the left on the Luetzner STR. - at the large traffic light, turn right into the Zschocher STR. - continue by following the Dieskaustrasse - after the railway bridge, you turn right into the Bismarckstr. Drive on straight ahead and eventually turn to the left into the Anton Zickmantel Strasse.
Coming from the BAB A9 from the south:
A9 at the motorway interchange of Rippachtal: take the exit A38 in the direction of Luetzen, motorway up to the exit Leipzig south-west, and then turn left in the direction of Leipzig, and after 1,7km you turn to the right in the direction of Leipzig. Then you go straight ahead for 4,4km and then you turn right at the traffic lights in the direction of Grosszschocher. Now you drive on straight ahead for 1,1km over the railway-crossing, and after this you turn left into the Bismarckstrasse, and then you turn to the right into the Anton Zickmantel Strasse.
From the B2 from the south via the first exit Markkleeberg-West: turn to the left on the Seenallee, and to the right at the third traffic lights into the Koburger Str., then drive on and turn to the left at the traffic lights in the Kirschallee. Follow the main street and turn to the left at the traffic lights into the Dieskaustr., and to the right at the next traffic lights Ampel into the Gerhardt-Ellrodt-Str., then straight ahead and then to the right into the Bismarckstr., and lastly to the right into the Anton-Zickmantel-Str.
From the B2 from the south via the second exit Markkleeberg-Ost / Dölitz: turn to the right into the direction of Leipzig, Goethesteig, and then straight ahead until you reach the traffic lights where you turn to the left into the Koburger Str., turn to the left at the traffic lights in the Kirschallee. Follow the main street and turn to the left at the traffic lights into the Dieskaustr., and to the right at the next traffic lights Ampel into the Gerhardt-Ellrodt-Str., then straight ahead and then to the right into the Bismarckstr., and lastly to the right into the Anton-Zickmantel-Str.
From the B2 the south via the third Leipzig Grünau: turn to the left on the Schleußiger Weg, and turn to the left at the third major traffic lights into the Altranstädter Str., turn to the left at the traffic lights into the Dieskaustr., and to the right at the next traffic lights Ampel into the Gerhardt-Ellrodt-Str., then straight ahead and then to the right into the Bismarckstr., and lastly to the right into the Anton-Zickmantel-Str.
From the airport: go in the direction of Leipzig via the B6, the Hallesche Str., the Georg-Schumann-Str., the Eutritzscher Str., the Gerber Str., then turn to the right on the Tröndlinring, then turn to the left at the traffic lights onto the Goerdelerring. Drive on straight ahead passing the following traffic lights and drive into the Käthe-Kollwitz-Str., and still straight ahead until you reach the 5th traffic lights, where you turn to the left into the Zschochersche Str., and then straigh ahead to the Dieskaustr., then after you have passed the Eisenbahnbrücke you turn to the right into the Bismarckstr., and then you turn into the second street on the left, the Anton-Zickmantel-Straße.
With the S-Bahn from the Central Railway Station:
With line 3 you go towards the Grosszschocher and/or Knautkleeberg up to the stop Gerhard Ellrodt Strasse. By foot you continue your way over the Pfeilstraße to the Anton Zickmantel Strasse.
