This charming guest house lies in the romantic spa town of Lam, in the Bavarian Forest Nature Park, and offers rooms and an apartment, all with splendid forest views.
The cosy rooms of the Landgasthof Schöne Aussicht are comfortable and individually furnished, all featuring their own balcony. ‘Schöne Aussicht’ is German for ‘beautiful view’, and this is provided by the pine forests and the crystal-clear stream.
Every morning you can help yourself to the delicious breakfast buffet before setting out to explore the area. The Czech border is also nearby.
This guest house is an ideal base for activity breaks, such as skiing, hiking or survival camps. After a busy day of hiking or skiing, relax in the Schöne Aussicht’s sauna or infra-red cabin.
The spacious, 3-room apartment (160m²) is tastefully furnished, featuring parquet flooring, and can accommodate between 2 and 4 people. It is fully self-catering and also features a balcony.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 13 to 15 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

There is a panoramic swimming pool which is open all year round. Visit the fairytale castle, Baroque church of St. Ulrich, the Maria Hilf pilgrimage church, the zoo and the oldest mine in Europe.
