The Burghotel is situated directly at the river Moselle, just beside the shipping pier. The beautiful Old Town of Cochem with its historical market place is just behind the hotel. Within 10 minutes you can reach the old castle of Cochem, or you can visit a traditional winery and experience a typical wine tasting.
Along the Moselle you can find a lot of places to see, like the old towns Trier, Luxembourg or Idar-Oberstein as well as beautiful landscapes like the Eifel with lots of nice walks and entertainment. The river Rhine with the towns of Koblenz, Cologne and Düsseldorf is also very close.
