Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

The hotel is integrated in a 17-storey building, the Tiergarten Tower, on the terrain of the royal porcelain-manufacture (KPM) at the boulevard “Strasse des 17. Juni” and has a unique view of the city.

Travelling by train:
From Berlin Hauptbahnhof (main station) it is only two stops by S-Bahn to get to the hotel. Take any westbound S-Bahn (S5, S7, S75 or S9) and get off at 'Tiergarten'. The hotel is situated opposite the station.
Travelling by airplane:
• Berlin-Tegel Airport (TXL) is located about 7 km from the hotel. A taxi ride costs about EUR 12.00.
• Berlin-Tempelhof Airport (THF) is located about 10 km from the hotel. A taxi ride costs about EUR 15.00.
• Berlin-Schönefeld Airport (SXF) is located about 30 km from the hotel. A taxi ride costs about EUR 35.00.
