Situated close to the Parc Chanot and Stade Vélodrome (football stadium), the hotel welcomes you near the Arsenal district, its numerous cafes with terrace and the theatre, Théâtre de la Criée.
The studios and apartments feature a fully-equipped kitchen area, and some even have air coolers. The Prado area is both a residential and shopping district. It is located halfway between the Old Port and beaches.
All the town's main attractions are easily accessible by public transport; Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde and its sweeping views overlooking the entire city, the ports and Canebière.
Avenue du Prado is home to numerous cinemas, shops and restaurants, and it becomes a coastline road leading to Cassis. There is even a daily market (except at Sundays).
