From Paris Porte Maillot: Head towards La D?fense then Cergy-Pontoise by the a86 and the a15. Take exit 9 and follow the above directions. From Rouen: Take the n14 then the a15 towards Paris. Take exit 9 and follow above directions. Public transport: rer line a as far as the Cergy-Prefecture stop.
