Single rooms, double rooms and apartments are available for rent by the day or for a whole month. The apartments are new, clean, comfortable, and safe with security guards patrolling the area 24 hours a day. You will be able to experience life as middle-class Beijing people do and the complex includes a garden, hair salons and small shops. The accommodation is within a 15-minute walk of the World Trade Centre and a 20-minute walk from the Silk Market. Other destinations such as the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven, Sanlitun Bar Street, Panjiayuan Antiques Market and Wangfujing shopping street are within 3 to 5 km. Within 5 minutes walk, you will find many Chinese and Western restaurants, banks, shops and large supermarkets.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged USD 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Our accommodation is within 5 minutes walking distance of the Shuangjing Station of the No.10 subway, which will open before August 2008 and can go directly to the Olympic Centre.
To Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City:
Take the number 37 bus, which can also take you to the Silk Market, the World Trade Tower and Wangfujing Street.
To the Summer Palace:
Take the number 801 bus and get off at the last top for the Summer Palace.
To the Temple of Heaven:
Take the number 707 bus and go directly to the Temple of Heaven.

By Train:
From Beijing Central Train Station, it costs RMB 15 by taxi from the BJ train station to our accommodation. Alternatively, you can take the subway to Guomao Station and then take a taxi for RMB 10. If you take the number 37 bus, you can get off at Shuangjing Qiaonan stop.
By Plane:
From the airport, if you take the taxi from airport to our accommodation, it takes around RMB 90 plus RMB 10 for express fee. Alternatively, take the number 1 airport bus line and get off at the 3rd stop of Dabeiyao (the World Trade Tower), then take a taxi to our accommodation for RMB 10. If you need a pick-up service, it costs RMB 150 for a 4-seat car and RMB 200 for a 7 to 11-seat car.
