The Mountain Residence 1 consists of 3 buildings with more than 40 apartments on 3 floors and is situated near the Glazne Hotel, only a short walk from the town centre.
This is a great base from which to explore this scenic area while hiking or biking or for a superb ski holiday, using the impressive facilities of this marvellous resort at the foothills of the Pirin mountains. The nicely furnished one- and 2-bedroom apartments provide for a peaceful night's rest and feature a fully equipped kitchenette. Many of them have a fireplace and a terrace. The great spa facilities contribute to a stay of ultimate comfort.

Bansko ski resort is situated in South-western Bulgaria, and is only 160km from Sofia. Situated in the foothills of one of the most beautiful Bulgarian mountains - Pirin, which is a national preserve and is included in the World Natural Heritage list.
The skiing conditions in Bansko are excellent. The Pirin mountain is predominantly Alpine in character with three peaks towering above 2900 metres. However the slopes offer runs and tracks for all levels of skiers, novice through to expert.
The town itself attracts visitors all year round with its cultural monuments, museums, nightlife and restaurants.
