For all of you who are cycling. The Tauern Cycle Path leads directly past our hotel, which is therefore ideally situated for a rest in our large guest-garden. Our total water supply is invigorated by the technology of Grander. Relax in our Kneipp facilities.
Children will love our adventure playground with enough space to romp around in.
On the property we also have a very beautiful camping site, which is open in summer as well as in winter. The site is flat and 1.25 acres large.
We can book for you concerts and the Sound of Music Tour.

Our well-furnished and comfortable hotel and our hospitality offer ideal conditions for a relaxed holiday or successful business trip. Due to our central position on the main road between Hallein (3 km) and Salzburg (10 km to the city and 20 minutes by car to the fair ground at Salzburg), you can easily reach all sights and the Salzburg ski resorts. If you prefer travelling without car, the bus stop is right in front of the house to go to Salzburg and to take part in the sound of music tour.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 29.00 per night and person for extra beds.

If you intend to stay at our hotel for a longer period we would recommend the purchase of the Salzburger Land Card valid for either 6 or 12 days.
In Winter: Unlike most other ski areas, you don't need to book for a whole week - in Hallein you are just as welcome if you stay only for the weekend.

Get off at bus stop "Auwirt" in front of the house. Bus No. 170 from Salzburg.
The fare from Salzburg to Hallein is normaly EUR 2,80 - with the guest card EUR 1.
Coming from Munich or Vienna:
Use exit 8. Leave the motorway in the direction of Anif. After 700 metres in Anif turn right at the traffic light. Keep to the B159 for 7 kilometres, direction Hallein. Our hotel is on the left-hand side.
Coming from the south (Villach):
Use exit 16 to leave the motorway. Straight ahead past the two traffic circles. At the third traffic circle turn right (first exit), direction Salzburg. Straight ahead at the traffic light. Turn right in the centre of the bridge, direction Salzburg. At the next traffic circle use second exit, direction Salzburg. The hotel is 3 kilometres past the last traffic circle on the right.
By plane:
Fly to W.A. Mozart Airport at Salzburg:
About 20 min. by taxi, fare aprox. EUR 30 (there is no direct bus or train), ca. 20 kilometres.
